The doors from the house lead on to a large terrace the dining area at one end shaded by grape vines and surrounded by avocado, banana, orange, lemon and lime trees. The views are stunning, looking over olive groves to the Mediterranean.
Steps lead down through the trees to the lower terrace with it's large heated pool and with the same spectacular views.
The house has air conditioning, two double bedrooms, one with en-suite, and another large bedroom with twin beds. There is a family bathroom and a newly refurbished kitchen with granite worktops. There is a comfortable living area with satellite tv and DVD player. Bedrooms

A private drive leads to the house through gates to a parking area. The terraces are large and perfect for sunbathing. There is a cushioned, shaded, outside lounging area. The pool is heated in the colder months.
